About Torie Louise Coaching: Life Coach For Mums & Magical Retreats For Women

Here’s What I’m Visualising Right NOW:

It’s YOU Feeling Supported + Celebrated As You Build A Life of Freedom + JOY.

Can you see it?
It looks good, right?

Hey, my love! I’m Torie.

When I meet beautiful mothers + incredible women like you, I know that you CAN claim the joy you deserve. I can literally see it in my mind’s eye!

But doing it alone? You’re not supposed to, trust me. I’m here to help you turn that motherhood juggle into a natural flow – giving you tools, confidence + capacity to find what lights YOU up.

But before we do that, here’s what you need to know…

The Background To My Life Coaching For Mums

Fact: Motherhood Is

UNPREDICTABLE.

Like wildly.

What once worked like a charm — like a Pinterest-perfect weekly meal plan that kept life simple — suddenly STOPS being easy, and before you know it, you realise that ‘stepping out of the room for a few deep breaths’ is becoming a far more frequent occurrence than you’d like (yep… that was me!). You can't catch a break.

A woman in a white dress standing on a dirt path next to a body of water with trees in the background.
Person lighting a candle on a small altar with dried herbs, seashells, and other objects.
Black and white photo of a smiling woman with wavy hair, wearing a denim shirt and jeans, standing near a large window in a cozy room with curtains. Part of a person or object is visible in the foreground.

So, How Do You STOP Feeling Like It’s Always Two Steps Forward, Three Steps Back?

And how did I do it (and quit the ‘deep breaths on the stairs’?)

You start with yourself. Your capacity, your needs, your joy.

When you’re truly nourishing yourself — mind, body, and soul — everything else feels more manageable. The roadblocks of motherhood don’t disappear, but they don’t knock you off course either. (Both kids refuse to eat that lasagne you spent hours making? – you breezed through it, my love!)

And That’s Me. TORIE.
Life Coach Helping Mums Find Their Version Of Magic.

Because let’s face it, motherhood is sold to us as magical. All those cute baby onesies. Aesthetic nurseries. Gorgeous prams. And glossy Instagram accounts. Cute.

Sure, a lot of motherhood *is* magical (and it’s nothing like those IG styled snack plates). But it’s also deeply tedious, frustrating + f*cking tiring at the same time, too.

But here’s the (sometimes hard to swallow!) TRUTH…

When you spend motherhood in constant service to your family, forgetting yourself in the process, you’re only getting part of the magic, my love. And you deserve so much more than that.

Sure, I know how deeply you want your children to have a beautiful childhood. We all do — I’ve felt the same strong desire. But a huge part of that comes from your little loves seeing you claim a beautiful motherhood for yourself.

We are the generation of cycle-breakers and change-makers. With me by your side, you drop the mother/martyr storyline for good.

Life Coaching For Mothers: Stripping It Back

Ready For A Reality CHECK?

Society places A LOT of pressure on mothers. And in truth? We *actually* place a lot on ourselves.

Let’s be honest, you would love to share some of the maternal mental load that you’re carrying because it is heavy as hell. But instead…

You:

Why does the school always call me

Am I the only one who knows how to use the washing machine?

Oh great, another Saturday off golfing with clients while I solo parent.

Also you:

No, not like that.

I’ve packed the change bag for you, and all the snacks are in the front pouch.

Ready to Claim Freedom, Purpose + Spaciousness?

Ready to Claim Freedom, Purpose + Spaciousness? ✺

It’s SO Time For A Change.

First, let’s get real — you might secretly love some of the things you moan about. If you need things done your way? That’s OK, my love.

But now be VERY honest with yourself: how much of your time + energy is actually spent on things that light you up?

If your soul isn’t buzzing with excitement for at least 80% of your week, we need to talk.

Life Before I Became A Life Coach For Mums

A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair wearing a rust-colored, pleated maxi dress with three-quarter sleeves stands outdoors next to a large tree with moss. She is smiling slightly and looking to her right in a wooded area with leafless trees and dense foliage.
A white pillar candle on a decorative metallic tray surrounded by green leaves, red berries, and yellow and orange foliage on a wooden table.

I Thought I’d Be a
NATURAL at Motherhood.

When I became a mum, I had nearly a decade of experience supporting children and parents as a teacher.

I’d loved babies since I was tiny myself. I was the maternal one in my friendship group. Honestly? I thought I’d have this motherhood gig nailed.

In reality? It was so much harder than I ever imagined.

Just as I got to grips with the baby stage — after breastfeeding struggles that shattered my confidence (if you’ve been there, I am sending SO MUCH love) — I was thrown into life with a super sassy, sensitive child. My mini-me. And with that came all the wounds from my own childhood, surfacing in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

Every time I lost my sh*t — and it was often — I spiralled into a pit of guilt and shame so deep, I wasn’t sure I’d ever climb out..

But I did.

And because I did, I know mothers like you can too…

My Mum Life Coach + Women’s Wellbeing Retreat Host Values

These Are Things That Underpin Everything I Do For You.

Woven through my whole life, these values are my compass guiding me through the highs and lows:

Connection

To self + to others – is the force behind everything I do, in life and in business. For the women I support, anchoring in to feeling deeply connected to themselves is so important. When we get that bit right, the rest of life begins to flow.

Joy

Joy is my compass — a guiding light I return to again and again. It doesn’t have to be loud; often, it’s found in quiet moments and the things that make us feel most alive. In my coaching, I help women attune to their own sense of joy, because when we let joy lead, everything shifts.

Creativity

Creativity runs through all aspects of my life, and I believe motherhood gets to be a deeply creative experience, when we lean into it. My coaching spaces are responsive + deeply personal to each of the women who enter them, together we are co-creating your dreams.

Transformational Coaching for Women: What They Say

“Today I’m a million miles from the totally depleted, overwhelmed, irritable mum I was two months ago. Probably the best investment I’ve ever made.”

S, Mother of 2

My Life Coach For Mothers Mantra

There’s A Lot Of BLARING NOISE Out There When It Comes To Motherhood, Parenting + The Endless List Of “Shoulds.”

But when you have the confidence to turn down the volume on all the external opinions, and instead, turn the dial up on what you know feels right for you it changes everything.

The Imperfect Mum… And Life Coach For Mothers

A woman with short blonde hair and a big smile, wearing an off-shoulder brown dress, leaning against a tree in a forested area.
A field of small white daisies with yellow centers illuminated by warm sunlight, creating a soft, golden glow.

I Used To Think The Solution To Inwardly Feeling Like I Was Messing Up Motherhood Was THROWING Myself Into Being ‘a Good Mum.’

On the outside, it looked like I was doing all the right things — crafts, cooking, cloth nappies. But inside? Every time the mask slipped, I was consumed by guilt, terrified that I was damaging my children because I couldn’t keep up the “perfect mum” act.

Today? I’m NOT A Perfect Mother.

Yes, I Still Shout Sometimes.

After all, I'm a quick-tongued Gemini with a stubborn Taurus Rising. But I’m just as quick to repair and make amends. And I’m fiercely confident in saying that I am an INCREDIBLE mother (and wife, sister, daughter + friend).

As soon as we unshackle ourselves from the shame of getting it wrong, of doing motherhood in one particular way, suddenly life opens up for us. You give yourself the permission slip, and your whole family feels the benefit.

My Final Message To You, Mum To Mum

Your Children Don’t Need A Perfect Mother Who NEVER Makes Mistakes.

What does that teach them?

What they actually need is to see a mother who can own her mistakes, repair + forgive herself.

They also don’t need to sign up for another club to learn more skills. They, just like you, need practice at slowing down and simply learning how to be. In nature. At home.

And they probably don’t need another lesson on kindness, or to be told they can achieve anything they want. What they *actually* need? To see a mother who is deeply kind to herself and is the living embodiment of creating a life rooted in purpose and joy.

My love, are you ready to take a step towards this way of living?
